Samuel J. Mamola, Esq.
Attorney and Counselor at Law
Prior to attending law school, Sam Mamola owned, operated,
and managed several businesses including restaurants,
retail stores, and service businesses. He also worked
as a real estate salesperson and property manager, which
contributed to his knowledge of real estate and land
use issues.
| Sam Mamola received his Bachelor
of Science degree from Pepperdine University in
Malibu, California. Thereafter, Sam Mamola earned
his Juris Doctor from the Chapman University School
of Law in Orange, California, where he was the recipient
of an academic scholarship. During law school, Sam
Mamola served on the Honor Council's Office of the
Law School Advocate, and in his last year was elected
to the prestigious position of President of the
Student Bar Association. |

Sam Mamola now practices law at THE MAMOLA LAW FIRM,
with offices conveniently located throughout Southern
California. THE MAMOLA LAW FIRM'S emphasis is in the
areas of estate planning, asset protection, real estate,
and the formation of corporations and limited liability
companies.
Sam Mamola is licensed to practice law in all California
Courts as well as the United States Federal Court for
the Central District of California. He is able to represent
clients in proceedings before these courts and administrative
agencies, including the Department of Alcoholic Beverage
Control, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals Board,
and various other city, county, and state agencies.
Legal Career
Sam Mamola's legal career started in law school as a "Certified
Law Student". Thereafter, Sam Mamola worked as a
Law Clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office
in the Environmental Crimes Unit. While there, Sam Mamola
worked on significant environmental and land use litigation.
He also assisted in the prosecution of consumer fraud
and fish and game cases and received a solid foundation
in legal practices.
Sam Mamola founded THE MAMOLA LAW FIRM with the goal
of bringing the benefits of asset protection and estate
planning techniques, previously available only to the
wealthiest Americans, to you and your family.
Personal Interests
Sam resides in Mission Viejo, where he enjoys spending
any spare time on Lake Mission Viejo. He enjoys both water
and snow skiing, deep sea fishing, concerts, and classic
movies.
Sam enjoys spending time in with his family, including
his parents and two younger brothers, one of whom is
affiliated with UP Sports in Dana Point, California
and the other, a professional golfer in Rancho Mirage,
CA.
Sam married his wife, Adriana on July 7, 2007 (7-7-07),
a day of guaranteed luck!
